It’s really 2008?

So it’s snowing. Again. Snowed a little on Monday and a LOT today. By a lot I mean I went to Seudah (Purim brunch) at a friends down the street at noon and there was a light dusting. Came back to a couple inches only an hour later. Yeah. Still winter here.
Last night was Purim, which is one of our more fun holidays. The point is to get drunk. No, seriously. I had to have blood drawn today so I couldn’t get drunk last night. I was the designated Adult. We had fun, though, dressing up. Saw a bunch of Yeshiva boys scurrying off to read Megilla and said ‘They’ll wake up tomorrow in dresses.’
It’s a lot funnier late at night when everyone else is drunk. Really.
Tonight is my attempt at a Taffy Brisket. It’s frozen solid. I’m gonna cook it. I’ll blog if it works.
